Pastor: Rev. Kyle Tremblay
My name is Kyle Tremblay, pastor at First United Methodist Church in Kosse and Reagan United Methodist Church. I am from Houston and graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Computer Science in 2018. I then followed God's call in my life and went on to pursue my Master of Divinity at Duke Divinity School.
While here I have discovered much about myself, my call, and my relationship to God. God has called me to ministry with the marginalized and the oppressed through social justice causes and community empowerment. I have worked with various migrant ministries both in Mexico and North Carolina and been a part of the Hispanic House of Studies at Duke for 2 years. God has gifted me with the ability to preach and teach as well as great skill in connecting and developing relationships with people.
I have a passion for working with Youth and Children, most stereotypes you have of a "Summer Camp Counselor" I fit, including down to the semi-permanent Chaco tan line.
In my free time, I am occasionally an avid runner, an expert home chef at ~3 dishes, and love a good hike. I love being around people, whether it's a casual hang or competing and playing sports. I'm confidently an Enneagram Nine and less confidently an ENFP.
